On March 25, 2026, NFA's Business Conduct Committee (BCC) issued a Complaint against DMFiala LTD (DMFiala), David Michael Fiala (Fia... la), and Michael R. Hack (Hack). The Complaint charges DMFiala and Hack with failing to observe high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade. The Complaint also charges DMFiala and Fiala with failing to cooperate with NFA and failing to supervise.
