The University of Toledo celebrated the arrival of spring with brightly colored powders and exuberant music during Holi Toledo on Friday, April 18.

Holi is a Hindu festival celebrating colors, love and spring. Originating in India, it's now celebrated worldwide with events in which revelers throw brightly colored powders on each other or splash each other with dyed water.

White T-shirts quickly became multicolored as students tossed brightly colored powders during Holi Toledo on Centennial Mall on Friday, April 18.
