ICANN Request for Information: Event Sponsorship Management

Today, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential provider(s) capable of delivering comprehensive event sponsorship management services in alignment with ICANN's objectives and industry best practices. Potential providers may respond to this RFI to indicate their interest in this initiative, and to showcase their capabilities for the full end-to-end sponsorship management services within the sponsorship lifecycle.

The provider selected after the follow-on RFP will support ICANN in the planning, development, execution, and evaluation of sponsorship activities for ICANN Public Meetings and related events. These services will contribute to ICANN's commitment to transparency, accountability, and operational excellence across its event portfolio.

Please review the RFI Project Overview for additional details, including requirements and timeline.

About ICANN

ICANN's mission is to help ensure a stable, secure, and unified global Internet. To reach another person on the Internet, you need to type an address - a name or a number - into your computer or other device. That address must be unique so computers know where to find each other. ICANN helps coordinate and support these unique identifiers across the world. ICANN was formed in 1998 as a nonprofit public benefit corporation with a community of participants from all over the world.
