New Upgrades Coming to Online Application & Plan Review Service Accela

Please be advised: That the online building, development review, and planning permits software Accela will be unavailable to the public for system updates beginning Thursday, April 17, at 12:00 PM. In addition to these system upgrades, the customer lobby of the Neighborhood Resource Center (NRC) (4953 State Ave., KCK, KS 66102) will be closing early on Thursday at 11:30 AM in preparation for the Accela updates.
The NRC customer lobby and upgraded Accela system will be available to the public on Monday, April 21st, beginning at 8:00 AM.
In 2021, the Unified Government officially launched Accela, an online project tracking and review software so all building, development review, and planning permits may be completed through our website. The new system, supported by ProjectDox, streamlined the submission, review, and project-tracking process. Accela worked to streamline the process and eliminate processing errors.
Users are encouraged to log in on Monday, April 21st, to check out the upgraded Accela System.
