Washington, D.C. - Congressman Ralph Norman (R-SC) voted in favor of H.R. 4, the Rescissions Act of 2025, a landmark package that will eliminate $9.4 billion in unnecessary and ideologically driven federal spending. This bill targets egregious funding streams that undermine American values and burden taxpayers.
