COMPLAINT:

On October 8, 2025, NFA's Business Conduct Committee (BCC) issued a Complaint against Spartan Asset Group LLC (Spartan) and John Rob... ert Perry (Perry), charging Spartan and Perry with using deficient promotional material and failing to observe high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade.

ANSWER TO COMPLAINT:

On November 5, 2025, Spartan and Perry, filed an Answer to the Complaint.

DECISION:

On February 11, 2026, NFA's Hearing Panel issued a Decision, based on Spartan and Perry's settlement offer, and ordered Spartan to withdraw from NFA membership and thereafter, not reapply for NFA membership or act as a principal of an NFA Member at any time in the future. The Hearing Panel also ordered Perry to withdraw as a principal of Spartan and as an NFA Associate, and thereafter, not act as a principal of NFA Member, reapply for NFA associate membership, or apply for NFA membership at any time in the future.
