Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Effective January 8, 2025, BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company") is implementing an increase in the wholesale acquisition cost (WAC) for ORLADEYO®(berotralstat) in the United States from $42,366.03 per 28-day pack (of either 150mg or 110mg capsules) to $44,484.33 per 28-day pack (of either 150mg or 110mg capsules).
