All Certified and Registered Contractor licensing classifications synonymous with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) requirements will remain consistent with state requirements. All licensing requirements outside of the DBPR authority will remain unchanged.

Any licenses that do not correspond to a scope of work per the State licensing requirements will not require licensing. HOWEVER, THIS DOES NOT EXEMPT THE WORK BEING PERFORMED FROM PERMITS.
