IT Help Desk Holiday hours - Juneteenth 2025
Information Technology Tuesday June 17, 2025
The IT Help Desk is closed Thursday, June 19, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. IT Help Desk staff will monitor phone and email messages. Information Technology staff will monitor systems and services to ensure availability. A system emergency is defined as an entire building being offline; internet access to the campus not working; and/or Banner, PAWS, email or the main website being down. We will follow up on all non-emergency requests on June 20. Please contact Public Safety at 478-445-4400 if you are experiencing an emergency.
