TAMPA, FL. (June 6, 2025) - - The Tampa Police Department is gaining another tool that could help save lives thanks to a generous donation of 300 LifeVac airway clearance devices being made by Arthur Lih, president and creator of the LifeVac. This vital equipment will provide officers with an immediate, non-invasive option to assist individuals experiencing choking emergencies.
