Federal investments play an important role in supporting rural health systems, including in Kansas. On Feb. 10, KHI hosted a virtual session that provided an overview of key federal rural health funding efforts, including Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) programs and the Rural Health Transformation Program. Participants learned how these initiatives support rural health access, care delivery and system sustainability, and what they may mean for Kansas communities and state policy discussions.
An event recording will be posted soon.
This event is a part of a five-part series.
