UA HR has created the new development spotlight 'Stress less, focus more, feel better at work' for employees.

This month's collection is designed to support your well-being by offering practical, easy-to-use strategies for managing stress at work. Whether you're dealing with an overwhelming day, struggling to stay focused when pressure builds, or noticing how stress affects your emotions and energy, these videos provide helpful ways to reset and recharge. You'll learn techniques for calming both mind and body, such as relieving physical tension and shifting your perspective through positive psychology, so you can approach challenges with greater clarity and resilience. Explore this collection to discover tools for reducing stress, boosting focus, and bringing more positivity into your everyday life.
