Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr., Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) of the Philippines, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Dato' Astanah Abdul Aziz, Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Political-Security Community, at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat today. The two sides exchanged views on peace processes and reconciliation efforts, lessons learned and best practices in advancing inclusive and sustainable peace. They also discussed regional developments and issues related to the promotion of peace, stability, and cooperation in the region.
