September's Library Card Sign-Up Month and Fine Forgiveness Month at the Waco-McLennan County Library was a huge success, welcoming hundreds of new patrons and saving the community thousands of dollars.
Last month, we welcomed 840 new borrowers and helped our community save $15,760 through overdue, lost book, and replacement card forgiveness. More people are enjoying library services with ease!

Signing up is free and easy. Residents can begin the application online and then bring proof of identity and residency to any of the four branches.

Central Library, our largest location, is located close to downtown Waco. It features a children's play area and an ample courtyard with seating and interactive instruments. The Interlibrary Loan department and administrative offices are housed at this location. (254) 750-5941

East Waco Library is a neighborhood-style branch with a separate computer room. It has ongoing displays of East Waco history, including bold window depictions of prominent African American Wacoans. (254) 750-8620

West Waco Library and Genealogy Center is centrally located and has dedicated rooms for genealogical and local history research, quiet reading, and children's programs. It is also the drop-off location for book donations to the Friends of the Library. (254) 745-6018
