(El Segundo, Calif.) July 29, 2025 - Radiology Partners (RP), the leading provider of technology-enabled radiology services in the U.S., is pleased to announce the appointment of John Chiminski, a distinguished healthcare and pharmaceutical services leader, to its Board of Directors.
"We are thrilled to welcome John to our Board of Directors," said Rich Whitney, RP CEO and Board Chair. "His proven track record of driving enterprise growth, scaling innovation and delivering operational excellence will be invaluable as we continue to advance our mission of transforming radiology and expanding the specialty's impact on patient care."
John brings more than three decades of healthcare leadership experience to RP. Most recently, he served as Executive Chair of Catalent, Inc., where he previously was CEO and Board Chair. Under his nearly 15 years of leadership, Catalent evolved from a carve-out of Cardinal Health into a global Tier 1 contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), culminating in its acquisition by Novo Holdings in 2024. During his tenure, Catalent achieved a successful IPO and executed strategic investments that drove long-term growth. Prior to Catalent, John held senior leadership roles at GE Healthcare, including President & CEO of GE Medical Diagnostics and head of the global magnetic resonance and healthcare services divisions. He currently serves as Chair of Ascend Advanced Therapies, Board Member of QuidelOrtho (QDEL) and Senior Advisor at Abingworth and Bourne Partners.
"I'm honored to join the Board of Radiology Partners," said Mr. Chiminski. "RP's commitment to clinical and technology innovation and its mission-driven culture align with my passion for advancing healthcare. I look forward to contributing to its continued success."
