Declaration of Temporary Housing and Shelter Emergency
Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 10058, I hereby declare a temporary housing and shelter emergency in the City of Pueblo commencing at 7 :00 pm on Friday, January 17, 2025, and ending at 7:00 am on Friday, January 31, 2025.
The National Weather Service is predicting moisture and low temperatures for this period of time.
During this emergency, local churches, synagogues, mosques, temples, and other religious institutions may utilize their buildings as temporary shelters for the City's homeless.
