2026 Fee Schedule Update

WSI is experiencing delays with the 2026 fee schedule update. Effective January 22, 2026, the Home Health, Clinical Lab, Durable Medical Equipment, Long-Term Care Hospital, Anesthesia, and Inpatient Hospital fee schedules have been updated and are available. Updates to the Ambulance, Outpatient Hospital, Ambulatory Surgical Center, Physician-Administered Drug, and Medical Provider fee schedules will be delayed.

Currently, there is no estimated timeline for when the remaining files will be available. WSI's fee schedules are based on information from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), which has not yet posted the final versions of these files. Pending the release of the files, reimbursement for services under the affected fee schedules will continue at the 2025 rates to avoid payment delays. A follow-up article will be published once the remaining fee schedules become effective.
