Cozen O’Connor’s Daniel Johns Named to Law360’s Labor Editorial Advisory Board

PHILADELPHIA, April 7, 2026 - Daniel Johns, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Labor and Employment Department, has been named to Law360's Labor Editorial Advisory Board.

Editorial board members serve one-year terms to assist Law360 in improving its legal news coverage - providing thought leadership and insight on legal and business trends that shape current and future reporting.

Johns has been a regular columnist for Law360 for five years, lending his insight on emerging labor issues and how these developments affect employers.

Throughout his 25-year career, Johns has represented and advised employers and their management in an array of labor and employment issues, including collective bargaining, union avoidance, labor strategy, and National Labor Relations Board proceedings. He litigates employment-related matters in courtrooms throughout the country, including numerous Courts of Appeals.

He is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and is recognized by Chambers USA and The Best Lawyers in America. Johns is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D. 1995) and the University of Notre Dame (B.A. 1992).
