Spokane Mayor Lisa Brown has directed that all flags at City facilities be raised to coincide with Governor Ferguson's directive that state and U.S. flags at all state agency facilities be raised for Inauguration Day on Monday, Jan. 20.

Flags will be flown at half-staff starting at sunrise on Tuesday, Jan. 21, in memory of former President Jimmy Carter, and will remain at half-staff until Wednesday, Jan. 29.
