Housing Appeals Board Transitions to Paperless System with Legal Files Software

Legal Files Software, Inc. is pleased to announce that the New Hampshire Housing Appeals Board is now a customer, having selected and successfully implemented the Legal Files case management system across its entire department.

The Housing Appeals Board sought a legal management system that would meet various needs, including the flexibility to transition to a paperless environment for managing its different types of appeals, as well as offering robust reporting capabilities. Legal Files came highly recommended by several of the other New Hampshire state departments already using the software.

"We had been relying upon paper files, but we needed a more expansive e-filing system to enhance our efficiency," Board Clerk Elizabeth Menard said. "It's much easier and safer to store our data electronically, plus having the ability to save emails from Microsoft Outlook directly into Legal Files has been incredibly useful."

In addition to the licensing of its software, Legal Files Software, Inc. provided best-practices implementation guidance, project management and training services for the project, along with ongoing updates and support.
