The City of Miami invites you to celebrate with the community the start of the construction of the new 8,000 square foot community building that will replace the existing building at Gerry Curtis Park, marking an exciting development in District 1.

The new facility will feature a spacious multi-purpose room, a computer lab, a fitness area, and restrooms with both indoor and outdoor access. Additionally, the center will feature three classrooms, an art and craft room and a food preparation space. Surrounded by lush landscaping and mature trees, the building will also offer an outdoor pavilion with a covered terrace, enhancing the community's recreational experience.
