David Weekley Homes Wins Parade of Homes Award

The Sanborn David Weekley model home in Waterset won a Grand Award at the 2025 Parade of Homes

Tampa, FL (April 22, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, was recognized with an award at the 2025 Tampa Bay Builders Association's Parade of Homes. These awards bring the company's total to more than 850 awards for product design and more than 1,500 overall.

David Weekley Homes took home a Grand Award in the $400,000 to $449,000 category for The Sanborn model in Waterset Tradition Series.
