Introducing Five All-New Airbnb Experiences, hosted by Chef’s Table

Airbnb and Emmy-winning Chef's Table are introducing five, all-new Airbnb Originals - extraordinary experiences hosted by the world's most interesting people, designed exclusively for Airbnb.

Hosted by award-winning chefs Jamie Oliver in London, Chris Bianco in Los Angeles, Elena Reygadas in Mexico City, Atsushi Tanaka in Paris, and Justin Lee in Seoul, these experiences will whisk guests away from the ordinary and immerse them in the extraordinary, exploring the culinary soul of these top dining destinations.

With an average price of $200 per guest, these all-new Airbnb Originals join a curated collection of Chef's Table experiences already available on Airbnb, from a rarefied masterclass at Shuko Oda's Koya in London to mezcal tasting with James Beard winner Ali Kurshat Altinsoy in Mexico City.

"Together, we're taking Chef's Table and its signature storytelling beyond the screen and bringing it into the real world," said Airbnb Chief Business Officer, Dave Stephenson. "It's not just the best way to learn about a place's cultural heritage through food but also to experience it with some of the most famous chefs shaping it."

"Chef's Table has been sharing important culinary stories on Netflix for the last decade, and we've long dreamed of finding a way for people to experience them first-hand," said Chef's Table Projects President, Justin Connor. "We're excited to partner with Airbnb to bring this vision to life - curating immersive culinary experiences around the world for guests to discover regional food culture and step into the story."

Available to book starting Thursday, September 18 at 9am local time, the new experiences include:

Pasta making with Chef Jamie Oliver in London, where guests will be introduced to the history and artistry of pasta making. They'll sip and learn as they soak in stories and techniques passed down through generations. The main course is a hands-on, 1.5-hour masterclass where Chef Oliver guides guests through crafting a variety of pasta shapes from scratch. They'll also create a flavorful pesto and bring it all together for one delectable dish. Guests will then tour Jamie's creative world with an exclusive look at his TV studio, culminating with a photo from the iconic set as a momento.

History of pizza with Chef Chris Bianco in Los Angeles, which begins with an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of his award-winning restaurant Pizzeria Bianco, uncovering the stories and traditions that have elevated it to legendary status. Alongside Chef Bianco, guests sit for a four-course menu that celebrates distinct themes from the restaurant's storied history. The experience concludes with an enlightening Q&A, offering a rare opportunity to dive deep into the chef's creative philosophy and cultural roots.

Hands-on baking with Chef Elena Reygadas in Mexico City, inside the pastry kitchen of Panadería Rosetta, where guests will explore the ingredients, stories, and rhythms that shape her approach to baking. Guided by Chef Reygadas, participants will prepare three signature recipes: pinole polvorones, a corn muffin, and a chocolate mousse with hoja santa. As the final touches come together, guests will sit down to savor what they've made-accompanied by refreshing beverages and thoughtful conversation. Each guest will leave with a small keepsake and the memory of an afternoon spent baking at the heart of one of Mexico's most beloved bakeries.

Culinary artistry with Chef Atsushi Tanaka in Paris, taking place at the Franco-Japanese chef's acclaimed restaurant, A.T. This experience brings guests closer than ever to Chef Tanaka's journey across the world, building a cuisine that is both personal and quietly poetic. In this intimate five-course dinner, guests are invited to discover how Chef Tanaka composes with sensitivity - from the choice of vessel to the final gesture on the plate. The experience unfolds on artisanal ceramics sourced from around the globe, which become part of Tanaka's signature language of plating, with each dish a dialogue of colors, textures, and flavors - refined yet never detached from deliciousness. After the dinner, Chef Tanaka will offer guests a live plating demonstration right from the table, walking guests through each step while explaining all of his muses, from colors to ceramics.

The art of plated dessert with Chef Justin Lee in Seoul, an opportunity to go behind the curtain on Chef Lee's innovative approach to dessert, celebrated for turning traditional pastries into visual and sensory masterpieces. The experience begins with champagne or non-alcoholic sparkling tea before diving into Chef Lee's signature techniques, and features an exclusive behind-the-scenes kitchen tour and intimate Q&A session with Chef Lee. Later, guests are invited to try their own hand at bold flavor pairings and artistic plating.
