The City of Santa Fe's Economic Development Division is hiring for two positions that support local businesses, workforce development, and economic growth in our community.

Economic Development Specialist

Focus: Business Growth and Development

Help strengthen Santa Fe's local economy by supporting local businesses and building partnerships that encourage growth and investment. This position focuses on business retention, recruitment, and expansion, connecting employers with resources, and working with community partners to support a thriving business community.

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

Economic Development Associate

Focus: Workforce Development

The City is also seeking an Economic Development Associate (working title: Workforce Development Specialist) to help connect residents with training and career opportunities while supporting local employers in meeting their workforce needs.

This position coordinates workforce development programs, builds partnerships with employers and training providers, and helps residents access job training and skill-building resources.

Bilingual candidates proficient in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply.
