Telephone conversation with President of the Central African Republic Faustin-Archange Touadera
Vladimir Putin congratulated Faustin-Archange Touadera on his landslide victory in the presidential election held on December 28, 2025, and expressed sincere wishes for the well-being and prosperity of the CAR people. In turn, the Central African Republic President thanked the Russian leader for the multidimensional contribution to the strengthening of the country's sovereignty and security.
After discussing current matters pertaining to cooperation in the political, trade and economic, and humanitarian spheres, the leaders reaffirmed their mutual commitment to the further development of friendly bilateral ties.
