Esautomotion at Lamiera 2025. An optimistic outlook despite the uncertain scenario.

Esautomotion will participate with its own official stand at Lamiera 2025, the international event dedicated to the sheet metal working and innovative technologies related to the sector, which will be held from 6 to 9 May 2025 at Fieramilano Rho.

Over the years, the exhibition has become one of the most important events in the international panorama for events focused on the world of sheet metal deformation and cutting, a sector in which Italy excels, occupying second place in the world rankings of production and export and third in consumption. It is also the only exhibition event in Italy dedicated exclusively to the deformation sector. An event that more and more companies, both Italian and foreign, choose to preview innovative projects and solutions.

At the Esautomotion stand, the latest novelties designed for Industry 5.0 will be highlighted:

• The new ViS-890W CNC, equipped with the 32" 16:9 LCD Full HD Multitouch GlassOnly vertical mega-screen, which offers a superior user experience for machine programming
• The Esa 4to5 suite, which detects in real time the energy consumed by a machine, allowing immediate intervention in the event of inefficiencies or waste, thus fully accomplishing the dictates of Industry 5.0.

An edition branded Industry 5.0.

"With the arrival of the implementing decrees in Italy, how to access the logic of Industry 5.0 is now becoming the priorities of many companies. As Esautomotion we were the first to move in our sector" - Senzolo highlights - "At Lamiera 2025, we will present for the first time in the Italian market the new ViS890W CNC, launched at Euroblech 2024 last October. Thanks to the 32 Multitouch screen, this numerical control guarantees great comfort of use to the machine operator, allowing each operator to view a large number of data and parameters at a glance, significantly improving and simplifying the man-machine relationship, as Industry 5.0 requires".

"It cannot be hidden that the actions linked to energy saving as defined by Industry 5.0 are those on which most companies are moving" - Senzolo adds - "The implementing decrees include a consumption bracket mechanism to access governmental incentives. Therefore, controlling and reducing consumption to move down a bracket is essential to get these incentives".

"With the Esa 4to5 suite, Esautomotion was the first to propose an integrated consumption detector + Data Logger software system to measure the energy consumption of a machine in real time and save the data on a database for subsequent analysis and any corrective actions" - Senzolo remarks.
