Biofourmis to Merge With CopilotIQ

Paul, Weiss is advising Biofourmis in its strategic merger with CopilotIQ, a health tech company helping older Americans with chronic conditions live longer and healthier lives. Biofourmis is a global technology-enabled care delivery company, delivering in-home care solutions serving enterprise healthcare customers. The combination will create the industry's first AI-driven platform that delivers in-home care across the full spectrum from pre-surgical optimization to acute, post-acute and chronic care.
