Rep. Eric Bell to Host Series of Events in Atlanta During 2026 Special Session

ATLANTA - State Representative Eric Bell (D-Jonesboro) will host a series of events during the 2026 special session. The events are as follows:

  • "NAACP and Clergy Day of Prayer" event on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 10 a.m. at Liberty Plaza in Atlanta;
  • "The South Got Sumthin to Say" event on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 12 p.m. at Liberty Plaza in Atlanta.

Rep. Bell notes that there will also be "NAACP Caravan of Love" events each day of the special session, which will start at Big Bethel AME Church in Atlanta and end at the Georgia Capitol.
