Smoot to Speak at 2026 Dress for Success Columbus Level Up Summit

Taft Columbus partner Rachel Smoot will participate in the panel "Turbulence Training: Navigate Conflict, Politics, and Hard Conversations with Confidence" at the 2026 Dress for Success Columbus Level Up Summit on March 28.
