Greenberg Traurig Represented Wood & Company in Connection With a Joint Venture with GARBE
WARSAW - 4 July 2025 - Greenberg Traurig represented WOOD & Company in the signing of a joint venture agreement with GARBE Industrial Real Estate Poland, a developer of warehouse and industrial spaces, for the GARBE Park Gliwice project in the Silesian Province. This modern complex, with a leasable area of 75,000 sq. m, is being built in accordance with BREEAM certification requirements at the 'Excellent' level.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Counsel Karol Lewandowski supported by Associates: Paulina Horodeńska-Wieczorek and Patrycja Wakuluk.
Partner Maciej Jodkowski provided strategic advice and supervised all work on the transaction.
