Multi-day closure coming to Lagimodiere tonight

Released: July 17, 2026 at 3:30 p.m.

Winnipeg, MB - A stretch of northbound Lagimodiere Boulevard is closing for railway repairs for the next three days.

The road will close between Marion Street and Dugald Road at 6 p.m. tonight.

Southbound travel will not be affected. We expect the northbound lanes to be fully operational before rush hour Monday morning.

Motorists should expect delays in the area and plan to detour via Marion, Archibald, and Nairn.
