Court to Host Legal Writing CLE Seminar on September 16, 2025
The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Atlanta Chapter of the Federal Bar Association will host an all-day legal writing CLE seminar at the State Bar of Georgia on Tuesday September 16, 2025. Timothy P. Terrell, Professor of Law Emeritus at Emory University School of Law, will lead the seminar, which is entitled, Confident, Persuasive Writing: Rhetoric and Coherence for Judges and Litigators. The program will begin at 9:00 a.m., but attendees are encouraged to arrive beginning at 8:15 a.m. to register and enjoy a light breakfast, which is included in the cost of registration. The seminar will conclude at 4:45 p.m. Lunch will be provided and also is included in the cost.
