Dine at Oggi’s Sept. 3 for Heroes Supporting Heroes benefiting Special Olympics
Protect and serve will have a whole new meaning on Thursday, September 3 during the Heroes Supporting Heroes event at Oggi's.
From 5 to 9 pm, local deputies and firefighters will trade their badges for aprons to wait tables and greet guests alongside athletes to benefit Special Olympics.
Bring or mention this flier and 20 percent of your bill will be donated to Special Olympics.
An Orange County Sheriff's Department unit will be on display, and the event offers a great opportunity to enjoy a nice meal while supporting local athletes.
The program is a core part of the Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR), which unites police agencies worldwide to raise awareness and funds for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Oggi's is located at 24042 Alicia Parkway.
