Court Operations During Lapse in Appropriations

Wednesday, October 1, 2025

Congress has not enacted legislation funding judiciary operations for fiscal year 2026. During this lapse in appropriations, the Court will remain open for business, although staffing furloughs and other austerity measures may result in disruption of some services. The Clerk's office will maintain normal business hours, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Hearings will proceed as scheduled.
