· On-time performance continues to be negatively impacted by Air Traffic
Control (ATC) delays and airport congestions

Bjørn Tore Larsen, CEO, Founder and major shareholder of Norse Atlantic,
comments:

"We continue to demonstrate the resilience of our business model and our ability
to match capacity with demand by steadily delivering load factors well above
90%. This is further validated by double-digit year-on-year passenger growth as
we steadily increase our ACMI operations according to plan. With this
foundation, Norse is well placed to deliver on our long- term strategy."
