In-Person FEMA Assistance Still Available Through Sept. 25

ST. LOUIS - In-person FEMA assistance is still available through September 25 at both Disaster Recovery Centers in the City of St. Louis.

Impacted residents are encouraged to take advantage of this face-to-face assistance while it is available, if their home or personal property sustained damage not covered by insurance from the May 16 tornado. FEMA staff are helping residents with their disaster assistance applications, answering questions and uploading required documents.

There are other ways to stay in touch with FEMA after September 25 including visiting DisasterAssistance.gov, calling 1-800-621-3362 and using the FEMA app.

FEMA may be able to provide money to help pay for home repairs, a temporary place to live and essential personal property that was destroyed. Impacted residents can stay in touch to ask for financial assistance for home repairs and rent, as well as other needs not covered by insurance.
