Michelle Mahoney, a lecturer in the Department of Marketing, and a colleague gave an invited talk at the 10th annual Global Summit of Micron's Women's Leadership Network.
The network is an organization dedicated to advancing gender diversity and equality at Micron by empowering women through networking events, mentorship programs and leadership development opportunities while promoting the importance of fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees can succeed.
Mahoney's session focused on building one's constructive conflict quotient by providing effective strategies for navigating conflict in various situations and relationships. The goal is to shift conflict from being a source of fear and shame to an opportunity for growth, openness and positive outcomes.
