PETERSON SPACE FORCE BASE, Colo. --

The 302d Airlift Wing participated in a simulated mass casualty event during Ivy Mass, May 13, 2026, at Camp Red Devil, on Fort Carson, Colorado.

The scenario demonstrated the Army's Next Generation Command and Control concepts by coordinating airlift support and casualty movement during a simulated large-scale medical response. The 302d AW's C-130 transported simulated patients as part of the exercise.

Bringing together Army and Air Force assets through joint training plays a key role in events like Ivy Mass when using Next-Generation Command and Control equipment.
