Three Norton Rose Fulbright partners recognized on Benchmark Litigation's 2026 US 40 and Under List

Norton Rose Fulbright Houston Co-Head of Litigation and DisputesKimberly Cheeseman and partners Jaime Wing (Minneapolis) and Geraldine Young (Houston) have been named to Benchmark Litigation's 2026 United States 40 and Under List.

The annual guide recognizes the top emerging litigation talent across the US. To be eligible, partners must be 40 years old or younger, handle significant litigation matters and be recognized by peers and clients as among the leading up-and-coming litigators in their practice areas.

A member of the firm's employment and labor group, Kimberly defends companies in complex, high-stakes employment litigation across the US, with deep experience in wage and hour class and collective actions, whistleblower claims, discrimination and harassment disputes, non-competition agreements and ERISA matters.

Jaime helps a range of companies manage their consumer-facing legal risk, with a particular focus on defending Fortune 500 makers of food and beverages, medical devices and safety equipment from class actions and serial litigation.

Focusing on antitrust, RICO and class action litigation, Geraldine has considerable courtroom and trial experience, including several jury trials and arbitration hearings. She has obtained dismissals and other wins for her clients in federal and state courts and in arbitration.
