University Towers Closing for Renovations in Fall 2025

Starting in the Fall 2025 semester, the Towers residence hall will be closed for essential renovations aimed at improving the living experience for future Tigers. During this time, on-campus housing will be designated for first-time freshmen only and will include accommodations at:

• University Courtyard
• Transformation Village
• Lanier Hall West
• Tierwester Oaks

For our upperclassmen, we have secured additional housing through a master lease agreement with Icon & Lofts at the Icon and Cullen Oaks Apartments. To ensure accessibility and convenience, shuttle services will be provided to and from these properties. TSU has secured the entire property at the Icon & Lofts at the Icon.
