Prospect Partners Invests into Leading Neighborly Franchisees and Establishes Complete Home Services

Chicago, Ill.- June 10, 2025: Prospect Partners, a leading private equity firm investing in pre-lower middle market companies, today announced its investment, alongside management, into Complete Home Services ("CHS"). As part of this transaction, Prospect Partners and the CHS management team invested into five Neighborly® franchisee brands - Aire Serv®, Mr. Electric®, Glass Doctor®, Molly Maid®, and Five Star Painting® - to establish a comprehensive home services platform providing HVAC, electric, and other services. Lee Downing and Keith Pinkerton, two seasoned executives and past recipients of Neighborly's "Franchise of the Year" award, will continue to lead CHS.

Previously operating two separate, but closely aligned, companies, management and Prospect Partners have streamlined the customer experience through the creation of Complete Home Services. The combined company brings together decades of experience and will seek to add other well-established Neighborly® brands and franchisees under a unified mission: to provide homeowners with a seamless, reliable, and high-quality experience across a variety of home service needs.
