College Football season at Cosm rolls on as the AP Top 25 rankings shuffle.
Saturday morning set the tone for a day of close games and comebacks at Cosm. Starting the season with a less-than-dazzling debut, Michigan had something to prove against the ranked Oklahoma Sooners.
And prove themselves they did, regaining the lead halfway through the fourth quarter with running back Jordan Marshall's 1-yard run set up by a late-game interception. Quarterback Bryce Underwood showed true form, running for a 38-yard touchdown that gave Michigan a 17-10 win against Oklahoma and a return to the rankings.
The comebacks continued with one of the most anticipated matchups of the season: Ohio State vs. Texas. These top-5 teams are no strangers to the bright lights, and fans at Cosm got to witness the drama as if they were at Texas Memorial Stadium.
With a 23-3 score heading into the fourth quarter and a mission to redefine the narrative against the Buckeyes, the Longhorns rallied from a 20-point deficit. Hollywood Smothers' 1-yard run made the difference with 25 seconds left on the clock.
Texas' 24-23 victory against Ohio State marked the largest fourth-quarter rally against an AP No. 1 team in history, propelling Texas from No. 4 to No. 1. Ohio State slid down to No. 6, leaving the top 5 for the first time in two seasons.
In Week 3, Cosm takes fans to Tuscaloosa for an SEC vs. ACC showdown where Alabama looks to avenge last season's upset.

Florida State (1-1) vs. #10 Alabama (2-0)
Last Meeting: Alabama 17 - 31 Florida State (2025)
Florida State heads to Tuscaloosa this weekend to take on the Alabama Crimson Tide. Last season, the Seminoles went into this matchup on home turf and walked out victorious, stunning the ranked Alabama team.
Now, the script has flipped. No. 10 Alabama is undefeated and looking for revenge at their home stadium while Florida State is looking to bounce back from a frustrating 27-24 loss to SMU.
Converting only 2 of 15 third-down attempts against SMU, there were many opportunities to get some points on the board. The problem: Florida State just couldn't capitalize.
Heading into this matchup against a strong Alabama defense, that needs to change. The Seminoles will need to better execute, finish drives, and find consistency on offense if they want to pull off another upset against the Crimson Tide.
#7 LSU (2-0) vs. #8 Ole Miss (2-0)
Last Meeting: LSU 19 - 24 Ole Miss (2025)
Lane Kiffin can probably expect the same kind of reception in his return to Oxford as he got when boarding that plane to Baton Rouge in November of last season.
No matter how you feel about Kiffin, the atmosphere at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium was always gonna be rocking anyway. Kiffin's return just adds even more stakes to this Top 10 matchup.
While Kiffin has gone about rebuilding the Tigers' program, the one he left at Ole Miss returns a lot of the talent that reached the semifinals of the College Football Playoff last season.
Rebels quarterback Trinidad Chambliss, even through just two games this season, has proven once again he's an elite playmaker at this level. He'll need to be on point against a Tigers' defense that is one of the best in College Football to start the season.
This one has all the makings of a classic and will have major early ramifications for both the SEC Conference and the College Football Playoff.

Walk of Champions
It's game day at the University of Alabama, and long before kickoff, something is already happening outside Bryant-Denny Stadium.
Outside of the stadium's entrance lies a brick plaza, decorated with granite tablets that commemorate the program's storied history and statues that honor legendary coaches. This is the Walk of Champions, a tradition that honors past and present players who have donned Alabama's crimson uniform.
About 2.5 hours before kickoff, fans dressed in crimson and white flood the plaza. They eagerly wait for the team buses to arrive on University Blvd. A walkway splits the crimson red sea of fans, giving the team a space to walk through and be celebrated before the game starts.
Cheerleaders line the walkway as players and coaches roll through the crowd, hearing the roar of fans echo as they disappear into Bryant-Denny Stadium. What seems like a few short minutes to an outsider is a larger tradition for the Crimson Tide.
Whether it's the "Rammer Jammer" cheer or the collective "Roll Tide" heard throughout the stadium, this pregame tradition manifests in the energy in the stands. The Walk of Champions is not just a procession-it's a key part of the story being written in Tuscaloosa.
