Chairman Williams Statement in Response to President Trump’s State of the Union Address
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Roger Williams (TX-25), Chairman of the House Committee on Small Business, issued the following statement in response to President Trump's State of the Union Address before a Joint Session of Congress.
"President Trump's address to Congress delivered a clear message to our nation: the Golden Age of America is here," said Chairman Williams. "Under his leadership, Republicans have delivered real results for Main Street, passing historic tax relief, reducing regulations, and giving small business owners the opportunity to succeed. I am grateful to have a president who puts American small businesses first. This Committee will continue to build upon the work of the Administration to make Main Street stronger and more prosperous."
