Chinese Ambassador to Dominica Chu Maoming Inspects China-Aid Construction Projects

Recently, Chu Maoming inspected the China-aid construction project including the Resilient Housing, Future Housing Development,Community Drains and Storm Mitigation Project. Phillip Simon, project technical officer from the office of the Prime Minister, and Jiang Lili, official in charge of economic and commercial affairs at the Chinese Embassy, accompanied the inspection.

Accompanied by local officials, Ambassador Chu Maoming checked the construction progress of the Resilient Housing Project and other projects. Local residents told the Ambassador that the projects have greatly improved their living conditions. They would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the Chinese government for its kind assistance.

Ambassador Chu stated that he was delighted to see the tangible improvements in the lives of beneficiary families brought by the assistance projects. China stands ready to further strengthen cooperation with Dominica to contribute to improving people's livelihood and welfare.
