When communicating with customers about payment for land use reviews:

  1. Messages will only come from [email protected]. No other email address will be used.
  2. We never ask for payment via wire transfer.
  3. We will only ask for payment to be submitted via our online portal, Development Hub PDX (https://devhub.portlandoregon.g…), or in person with the cashier at the Development Services Center, located at 1900 SW Fourth Avenue. More information on the availability of cashier services can be found at Portland.gov/DSC.

We apologize for any alarm or inconvenience this has caused our customers.
