Kirkland Represents Galaxis Technology on its Hong Kong IPO

Kirkland & Ellis advised Zhejiang Galaxis Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Galaxis Technology, HKEX: 2729) on its global offering and listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on March 24, 2026. The joint sponsors are Guotai Junan Capital Limited and CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited.

Galaxis Technology successfully raised approximately HK$613.00 million, prior to the exercise of the 15% over-allotment option.

Galaxis Technology is an intelligent intralogistics robotics provider offering a diverse range of robots centered on three core product lines: multi-directional shuttle robots (MSRs), autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and conveying and sorting robots (CSRs), whose Pre-IPO investors include S.F. Holding Co., Ltd., CICC International Capital Corporation Limited, China Merchants Group Limited and etc.
