Norton Rose Fulbright advises syndicate of lenders on US$300 million facility for Nurol İnşaat Ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised a syndicate of lenders on a US$300 million facility for Turkish construction company Nurol İnşaat Ve Ticaret A.Ş., a subsidiary of Nurol Holding A.Ş.

Emirates NBD and First Abu Dhabi Bank acted jointly as Initial Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners, with Akbank AG, Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait B.S.C., Commercial Bank of Dubai P.S.C. participating as Mandated Lead Arrangers. Nurol Holding A.Ş. acted as guarantor.

The cross-border Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by Dubai-based partner Aditi Sanyal, who was supported by Dubai-based senior associate Jennifer Hanna and associate Madison Colangelo, as well as Istanbul-based legal consultant Ezgi Alkim.

Norton Rose Fulbright worked alongside its professional alliance firm Pekin Bayar Mizrahi, with senior partner Selin Bayar, partner Utku Ünver and counsel Ayça Gümüşay advising on Turkish law aspects of the transaction.
