A City Council meeting will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, in the council chambers on the upper level of City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail.

The Council will vote on the following items:

  • Planned Fred Rouse Memorial project, funded in part by the City's Future Community Partnerships Fund.
  • Five-Year Service and Assessment Plan for the Walsh Ranch Public Improvement District, including 2026 budget details.
  • Five-Year Service and Assessment Plan for the Rock Creek Public Improvement District, with highlights of upcoming capital projects.
  • Reallocation of $300,025 in American Rescue Plan Act funds for citywide infrastructure and data protection needs.
  • Temporary road and bridge closures on Grand Avenue and Sun Valley Drive for construction activities through 2027.
  • Updates to public pool and water feature regulations to align with state law and enhance public safety.
  • Phase 1 renovations at the Will Rogers Memorial Center Coliseum, supported by a $5 million grant agreement.
  • Proposed changes to wholesale water, wastewater and raw water service rates, effective November 2025.

Residents may speak during the public comment portion of the agenda. Per Council Rules of Procedure:

  • Individual presentations are limited to three minutes.
  • Group presentations are limited to six minutes.
  • Time limits may be adjusted at the mayor's discretion.
