As in-person early voting kicks off in New Jersey today, the DNC is all hands on deck to support the New Jersey Democratic Coordinated Campaign and ensure Mikie Sherrill and Democrats running up and down the ballot win on November 4.
The DNC's voter protection team, in partnership with New Jersey's coordinated campaign, is ensuring voters have all the information they need to make voting early easy. If New Jerseyans have questions, they can call the New Jersey voter assistance hotline at 833-336-8683 or go to IWillVote.com, which is also available in Spanish at VoyAVotar.com.
The DNC has invested heavily in the New Jersey Democratic Coordinated Campaign to elect Democrats up and down the ballot through several investments exceeding $3.2 million - the most the DNC has ever invested in New Jersey in an off-year election.
Last weekend, DNC Chair Ken Martin campaigned throughout the state, including appearing with Mikie Sherrill at the No Kings rally in Montclair. He also knocked doors in Paterson and Medford, and met with High School Dems in Lawrence Township.
In response to the kick-off of early voting in New Jersey, DNC Chair Ken Martin released the following statement:
"As New Jerseyans head to the voting booth and cast their ballots, they know the contrast is crystal clear: Jack Ciattarelli and Republicans are fighting for Donald Trump and his billionaire backers, while Mikie Sherrill and Democrats up and down the ballot are fighting to lower their costs - including ending utility price hikes. That's why the DNC is all-in to support New Jersey Democrats, investing over $3 million to turbocharge on-the-ground organizing and direct voter contact. New Jersey families know the stakes of this election for their pocketbooks, health insurance, and freedoms. With the stakes so high, Rep. Mikie Sherrill will become the next Governor of New Jersey on November 4th."
