Route 61 in Cape Girardeau County Reduced for Pavement Repairs
Night Work
SIKESTON-Route 61 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform pavement repairs.
This section of roadway is located from Hopper Road to Mount Auburn Road in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place overnight Monday, Oct. 5 through Friday, Oct. 16 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly.
The work zones will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near these areas.
